- Provide and personalize the service (expense tracking, AI-powered advice).
- Process subscriptions and manage your account.
- Improve the App and fix issues.
3. Third-Party Services
- OpenAI — expense descriptions may be sent for AI categorization. No personally identifiable information is included beyond the transaction text.
- Google Cloud — infrastructure hosting and authentication.
- Apple — authentication and subscription billing.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings → Export / Delete data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
