By downloading or using CashFlow ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CashFlow is a personal finance assistant that helps you track expenses, set budgets, and receive AI-powered saving tips.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

CashFlow offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated financial advice. Always verify important financial decisions independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
